Solution 1: Force Restart your Samsung Phone
Long-press the power and volume down buttons simultaneously for 10-15 seconds until the Samsung logo appears. Wait until start your Samsung device.

Solution 2: Check the Software Update
Ensure your Samsung phone is running the latest software update.
Step 1: Go to Settings.
Step 2: Scroll down and tap Software update.
Step 3: Tap Download and Install.
Solution 3: Check your Phone Storage is full
Make sure your Samsung storage is not full. If storage is full, remove temporary junk files and delete unnecessary apps from your device to free up space. To check storage, go to Settings > Battery & device care > Storage.
Solution 4: Turn On Safe Mode to Fix Samsung Galaxy S8 Freezing and Crashing
Step 1: Press & hold the power button until you view the power menu on your Samsung Galaxy S8 & S8 Plus phone.
Step 2: Long-press the power off button until you see this message: Reboot to safe mode.
Step 3: Tap OK.

Step 9: Press the Power button to restart your Samsung phone.
