Step 1: Long-press the side and volume down keys simultaneously until the power menu appears.

Step 2: Touch on Power off. Touch again Power off to turn off your Samsung phone.

Step 3: Press & hold the power key and volume up button simultaneously until the recovery mode view.

Step 4: Press the volume down button until the Wipe cache partition is highlighted.

Step 5: Press the Power button.

Step 6: Press the volume down button to select Yes.

Step 7: Press the power key.

Wait until you see the wipe all data message on the screen’s bottom left corner. Now, automatically select the reboot system now option.
