Forced Restart

Long press the power button and volume down button at the same time until seeing the Samsung Logo on the screen.

Complete discharge your phone and charge it

Wait until your phone charging finish and phone power off. After power off your phone, put your Note 10+ into charging up to 50-60 minutes. Make sure to use the original phone charger. Now, try to power on your device and check to fix the issue.

Enable Safe Mode

To check the third-party app is causing the issue, you need to enable safe mode on Samsung Note 10 plus.

Step 1: Press and hold the power button on your device.

Step 2: Touch & hold the power off button.

Step 3: Now safe mode icon appears at the bottom left of the screen.

Once you turn on safe mode, disable all downloaded apps from your galaxy Note 10+. Touch the screen, if the screen works in safe mode, a third-party app is causing the issue. To find that app, exit the safe mode to reboot your phone.

Use volume up and down button to highlight the option and power button to confirm it.

Step 3: Press the volume down button until highlight android system recovery mode and press the power button to apply.

Step 4: Press the volume down button until highlight wipe data/factory reset and press the power button to confirm.

Step 5: Press the volume button to select Yes, press the power button.

Wait until your device wakes up.

Step 6: Press the volume button until select reboot system now and tap the Power button.

When the screen turns on, check the black screen problem fix.
