Check for System Update

Make sure system updates with the latest software in your Note 10. Check if available and install system updates on your device.

Settings > Software update > Download updates manually

Also set time if you want to automatically check for the update available in your Samsung Galaxy devices.

Check for App Updates to fix Samsung Note 10 freezes or unresponsive

You’ll check for app updates using apps settings.

Play store app > Three horizontal lines (Manu) > My apps & games > if update is available, tap Update all

It can improve your device performance that could fix the problem if the app causing issues.

Free Up Storage Note 10 if almost full

If your device’s internal storage is almost full, you need to free up space in galaxy Note 10+ to work properly. Remove unnecessary data and close apps you’re not using.

Settings > Device care > Storage

Enable Safe Mode to Fix Samsung Note 10 Keeps Freezing

Click here to turn on safe mode on Samsung Note 10 to find a third-party app that causing issues in your device. When activating safe mode, it will temporarily turn off all third-party apps.

Press & hold the power button > Long press the power off > OK

You see the safe mode icon at the bottom of the screen. If your problem goes away in safe mode, a downloaded third-party app is causing this issue. To exit safe mode Note 10+, restart your device. One by one uninstall recently installed apps and check to solve the issues.

Factory Reset Samsung Note 10

A factory data reset will remove all data from your device. Make sure backed up & restore your important data.

Step 1: Open the Settings app in your Note 10+.

Step 2: Tap General management.

Step 3: Tap Reset.

Step 4: Tap Factory data reset.

Step 5: Tap Reset phone.

Step 6: Tap Delete all.
