If you’re galaxy Note 10 unresponsive or won’t turn on, you’ll try this method to fix problems. You can hard reset or master reset galaxy Note 10 plus using hardware buttons in your device. Use the power button and volume up or down key to reset Note 10 device.

Step 1: Make sure to switch off your Samsung Note 10 & Note 10+.

Step 2: Press & hold the volume down button & press the power button until the Samsung logo appears on the screen then release the power button.

You’ll use the volume up or down button to highlight the option and power button to select.

Step 3: Press the volume down button until seeing the android system recovery mode and press the power button.

You can see recovery mode options in your device such as reboot system now, apply update from ADB, update/recover from SD card, Wipe data/factory reset, power off and more.

Step 4: Press the volume down button until highlight wipe data/factory reset and press power button to apply.

Step 5: Press the volume button to select Yes, now press the power button to reset galaxy Note 10+.

Wait until complete the process.

Step 6: Press the volume button until select reboot system now and tap the Power button.

It will remove all your phone data. Also, factory reset Samsung Galaxy Note 10 if you’re device turned on.
