Step 1: Pull down the notification panel and tap on the Power button icon.

Step 2: Tap and hold the Power off until Reboot to safe mode pop-up screen view.

Step 3: Click on the OK to enable safe mode.

You can see the Safe mode icon on the bottom left corner of your device. Now, hide or disable all third-party apps. Check your Samsung device is facing any problems. If your device is working fine into safe mode, one of the downloaded apps is causing the issue. You need to find the app and remove it from your device.
