Step 1: Click on Shelf at the bottom right corner to access the quick settings panel.

Step 3: Tap the Video icon.
Three options are available here.

Partial Screen: Select the screen area you want to record and tap the Record button on the screen.
Window Screen: Select the area to record the screen. Select the specific Windows to capture the screen video.
You can see the countdown for 3 seconds on the screen before starting a screen recording on Chromebook.
Step 4: Tap Red Button on the taskbar to stop screen recording on Chromebook.
You can see a screen recording taken message at the notification panel at the top of the screen.

How to Find or Access Screen Recording on Chromebook
You can find your recordings in the download folder. This recording saves in WEMB format.
Step 1: Go to File.
