Make sure turn on developer mode in your device to screen recording on Android Q developer preview Beta 1 devices such as Google Pixel, Pixel 2, Pixel 3 XL etc.

Step 1: Open app drawer and tap Settings app

Step 2: Tap System

Step 3: Tap about phone

Step 4: Scroll down up to end of the page and tap Build number 7 times until see this message “you are now developer!
