To change Android icon shape in all Pixel devices, make sure to turn on developer mode on Android 10 devices.
Change Icon Shape in Latest Updated Android 10 (Google Pixel 4, Pixel 4 XL, Pixel 3, Pixel 3 XL, Pixel 3a, Pixel 3a XL, Pixel 2, Pixel 2 XL)
Step 1: Long Press on the blank area in the home screen Android 10.
Step 2: Select Styles & wallpaper.
Step 3: Touch on Style at the bottom of the left.
Step 4: Tap on the “+” icon (custom) at the end.
Step 5: Here, you can change font, icons, accent color, and icon shape.
If you have the latest updated stock Android 11 OS in your Pixels, you can see above given three new added icon shapes.
Step 6: Add Style name and click on Apply.
Alternative Way: Settings > Display > Styles & wallpapers > Styles > Customize style > Apply
For Google Pixel and Pixel XL Running Android 10:
Step 1: Go to Settings.
Step 2: Click on System.
Step 3: Click on about phone.
Step 4: Tap on Build number 7 times at the end of the page until view You are now a developer! message.
Step 5: Now enable developer mode in Android 10 devices.
Step 6: To see developer option settings, Go to Settings > System > Advanced > Developer options

Step 1: Open the app drawer in your Pixel and tap the Settings app.
Step 2: Tap System > Advanced > Developer options
At the end of the page, you can view the Theming section.
Step 3: Touch on Icon shape.
Step 6: Select from Device default/Teardrop/Squircle/Rounded Rectangle.
