Install Android Q Developer Beta on Pixel devices using OTA updates

You can easily get Android Q Beta 1 on Google Pixel, Pixel 2, Pixel 3, and other Pixel devices using Over-the-Air using below given settings.

Step 1: Open the Android Beta page to get Android Q developer preview 1 OTA update in all Pixel devices.

Step 2: Sign in with your Google Account.

Step 3: You can see your eligible devices list such as Google Pixel, Pixel XL, Pixel 2, Pixel 2 XL, Pixel 3, Pixel 3 XL (I have Google Pixel first generation device).

Step 4: Select your Pixel device and tap Opt-in.

Now, wait for a few minutes to get the OTA updates to your Pixel devices.

Step 5: To check the Android Q Beta update, Go to Settings > System > Advanced > System updates.

Step 6: In my Google Pixel first generation, the update is 985.8 MB.

This update will install a beta version of Android Q (QPP1.190205.018.B4)

Step 7: Tap Download and install.

Wait until complete download Android Q DP 1 in Google Pixel, Pixel XL, Pixel 2, Pixel 2 XL, Pixel 3, and Pixel 3 XL devices.

You can download the Android Q Beta system image and manually flash it to your Pixel device. Manually flashed system images do not automatically receive OTV updates to later Beta version on your Pixel devices. Now download the Android Q factory system image to install the latest Android Q Beta 1 on your Pixel devices.
