Android 13 Change Accent Color
Step 1: Long-press the blank area on the home screen and tap on Wallpaper & Style.
Step 2: Tap the Wallpaper colors or Basic colors (16 Colors).
Step 3: Choose a Color you want to set.
It will also change your phone’s lock screen clock color (Google Pixel).
Change Color Palette on Samsung Android (One UI 5.1)
Step 1: Go to Settings.
Step 2: Tap on Wallpaper and style.
Step 3: Tap on the Color palette.
