To change android Q font style, make sure activate developer option on your android Q developer preview Beta 1 devices. You can enable developer options using below given settings.
Step 1: Swipe up from bottom of the home screen on your Pixel devices to open app drawer and tap settings app
Step 2: Tap System
Step 3: Tap about phone
Step 4: Scroll down up to end of the page and tap Build number 7 times until see this message on the screen “you are now developer!”
Step 5: Now developer mode activated in your android Q Beta 1

Step 1: Open app drawer in your Android Q and tap Settings app
Step 2: Tap System
Step 3: Tap Advanced
Step 4: Tap Developer options
Scroll down up to end of the page and you can view “Theming” section that include accent color, body font style and app icon shape.
Step 5: Tap Headline / Body font under Theming section
Step 6: Choose from Device default or Noto serif / Source Sans Pro
Now tap back button to view font style you select in your Android Q developer preview beta 1 devices.
