You can import and export contacts in galaxy Note 10 plus using below given settings.
Step 1: Open Phone app in your Samsung Note 10+
Step 2: Tap Contacts tab at bottom right corner
Step 3: Tap Three vertical dots (More)
Step 4: Tap Share
Step 5: Choose from vCard file (VCF) or Text you want
Step 6: Choose from list you want to share contact such as Bluetooth, Gmail, Send to device and more options
Wait until transfer contacts from Samsung galaxy to other Samsung or android devices.
Delete all contacts on Samsung galaxy Note 10 plus and Note 10
If you want to remove phone contacts from Note 10+ and Note 10, apply below given settings.
Phone app > Contacts tab at bottom right corner > Three vertical dots (More) > Delete > Delete all contacts > Delete
