Turn Bluetooth On and Off

Pull down the notification shade at the top & tap Bluetooth to turn it on/off. Try to pair the device again.

Restart your Phone

Long-press the power button until you view the power menu. Tap the Restart. Again, tap Restart to restart your Samsung phone. Turn on Bluetooth and connect with other phones or Bluetooth accessories. 

Try to Connect other Bluetooth devices

If your phone can’t pair with your other device, try to connect with another phone or accessories to check if the phone is a problem.

Check System Update

Make sure to update your phone with the latest software update. Go to Settings > Software update > Download and install to check for Samsung system updates.

Clear Bluetooth Cache

Clear Bluetooth Cache on your Samsung phone will delete temporary files.

Step 1: Open Settings.

Step 2: Tap Apps.

Delete & Re-Pair Device

Step 1: Go to Settings.
