1st Way: Check phone volume settings
Adjust volume of your phone using below settings. Make sure phone volume is full in your android device.
Settings > Device > Sounds > Ring volume
Also check volume using volume down button in your device. Press the volume down button until see above screen and tap “End now” & your device will ring for incoming calls if this cause of ringing.
2nd Way: Check phone ringtone not set as “None”

Change settings of do not disturb mode using home screen notifications bar:
Step 1: Swipe down from the top of the status bar

Settings > Device > Apps > Phone > Notifications > disable show silently
5th Way: Turn on safe mode to check app cause any error
Step 1: Press & hold the power button on android
Step 2: Touch & hold the power off button
