How to Enable Wi-Fi Hotspot on Android 14 and Android 13
Step 1: Open the app drawer on your Android phone and tap the Settings app.
Step 2: Tap Network & internet.
Step 3: Tap the Hotspot & tethering.
Step 4: Toggle on the Wi-Fi hotspot.
Step 5: Tap the Wi-Fi hotspot.
Here, you can see the Hotspot password, security, name, toggle button to turn off the hotspot automatically, etc.
How to Share WiFi Hotspot Password with Other Android Devices
Be sure to toggle on the Wi-Fi hotspot on your Android phone to share it.

How to Set Up and Use WiFi Hotspot on Android Oreo 8.0
By default, add a network name, security, and password to your Android Oreo and other devices. Also, select the AP band from the 2.4 GHz or 5 GHz band. You can change the WiFi hotspot password and name anytime on your Oreo device. Change WiFi hotspot settings on Android 8.0 Oreo using the below settings.
Step 1: Go to Settings.
Step 2: Tap Network & Internet.
Step 3: Tap the Hotspot & tethering.
Step 4: Tap Set up Wi-Fi hotspot.
After you have completed setting up a Wi-Fi hotspot in Android Oreo, enable a portable Wi-Fi hotspot on your Android Oreo device using the settings below. By default, your Android devices turn off the Wi-Fi hotspot.
Step 1: Go to Settings.
Step 2: Tap Network & Internet.
Step 3: Tap the Hotspot & tethering.
Step 4: Toggle on “Portable WiFi hotspot” (Shown in the screenshot below).

Scroll down the Notification panel from the top of the screen > Tap the hotspot icon.
