By default disabled WiFi calling on your Android 10 devices. You can turn on WiFi calling on your Android 10 using network & internet settings. How to Enable WiFi Calling Android 10
This setting is compatible with all Pixel devices running the Android 10 version including Pixel 3a, 3a XL, Pixel 4 XL, Pixel 3, 3 XL, Pixel 2, 2 XL, Pixel XL, and Google Pixel.
Step 1: Swipe down from the top of the screen and tap the Settings gear icon.
