How to Set Up a Mobile Hotspot on Samsung Galaxy S10 Plus and Galaxy S10
You can use Samsung Galaxy S10 plus as a mobile hotspot using below given settings. First of all enable mobile hotspot on Galaxy S10 plus.
Step 1: Swipe down the notification panel from the top of the screen and tap the Settings gear icon.
Step 2: Tap connections.
Here you can see Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi calling, Bluetooth, NFC & payment, data usage, SIM card mange, mobile hotspot & tethering, and more connection settings.
Step 3: Tap Mobile hotspot and tethering.
Step 4: Tap Mobile hotspot.
Step 5: Turn Mobile hotspot on or off you want.

How to Configure Mobile Hotspot on Galaxy S10 plus One UI
You can change the network name and security using this setting. Any device can connect to your AP without entering a password.
Settings > Connections > Mobile hotspot and tethering > Mobile hotspot > Three vertical dots at upper right corner > Configure mobile hotspot
You can see the list of allowed devices names and set timeout settings to limit the usage of the hotspot to other devices.
Turn on mobile hotspot on Android 9 Pie
Settings > Network and internet > Hotspot & tethering > Wi-Fi hotspot > Turn on toggle
Also, turn off hotspot automatically if no devices are connected in your android 9 Pie devices.
