1st Method: Display battery percentage in status bar Pixel 2 Oreo using battery settings

Step 1: Go to settings in your Oreo device

Step 2: Tap battery

You can see battery percentage option under Power management section. In android Oreo power management section, you can also enable battery saver in Pixel 2, adaptive brightness and screen sleep time.

By default disable battery percentage in your Oreo and other devices.

Step 3: Enable battery percentage

Step 1: Swipe down notification bar from top of the screen

Step 2: Tap & hold on Settings gear icon few seconds

If not enable system UI tuner then first of all turn on developer mode in android Oreo device using below settings.

Settings > System > About Phone > Tap build number 7 times

Step 3: After enable developer mode, again follow step 1 and step 2
