Solution 1. Restart Samsung S23, S23 Plus, and S23 Ultra 5G
One of the standard solutions for any issues. To restart Samsung S23 Ultra, S23+, and S23 devices, Swipe down the notification panel at the top > Power button > Restart > Restart. Restarting your Samsung phone will fix minor bugs and improve performance. After restarting your Samsung phone, try to connect WiFi network and check to fix the WiFi problem. Also, use the side key to restart or power off your Samsung phone.
Alternative Way: Long-press and hold the Volume up and Power buttons until you view the Samsung logo on the screen.
Solution 2. Check Phone or WiFi Issue
Make sure to use the correct WiFi password. Connect your WiFi to another phone or laptop and check for a phone or WiFi issue. Try to turn the WiFi on and off and check to connect to the Wifi network.
