Try below given two possible solutions to fix the Samsung phone keep shutting off randomly itself.

Forced Reboot

Press and hold the power button and volume down button 15-20 seconds until reboot your phone automatically.

Enable Safe Mode

Turn on safe mode Note 10+ to find the app that causing the issue.

Step 1: Swipe down the notification panel from the top of the screen.

Step 2: Tap Power icon.

Step 3: Touch & hold the power off button.

Step 4: Now safe mode icon appears at the bottom left of the screen.

Now disable all third-party apps while activating safe mode in your galaxy Note 10+. Check your device rebooting itself, if the problem goes in safe mode, a third party downloaded app is causing the issue. To find the app, first of all, exit safe mode to reboot your phone.

Now one by one uninstall recently installed apps. Once you find the app, uninstall it. You can reinstall the other apps that you removed. If the problem doesn’t solve, apply below given method.

Step 1: Powered off your Samsung Galaxy Note 10+.

Step 5: Press the volume down button to select Yes, press power button.

Wait until your phone screen wakes up.

Step 6: Press the volume down button until select reboot system now and tap the Power button.

This will delete all your phone data including Samsung account, Google account, internal storage, photos, videos, music, downloaded apps and more.
