Try below given two possible solutions to fix Samsung phone keep shutting off randomly itself.

1st Method: Enable safe mode to check app is causing issue

Turn on safe mode Note 10+ to find app that causing the issue.

Step 1: Swipe down notification panel from top of the screen

Step 2: Tap Power icon

Step 3: Touch & hold the power off button

Step 4: Now safe mode icon appear at the bottom left of the screen

Now disable all third party apps while activate safe mode in your galaxy Note 10+. Check your device rebooting itself, if problem goes in safe mode, a third party downloaded app is causing the issue. To find app, first of all exit safe mode to reboot your phone.

Now one by one uninstall recently installed apps. Once you find app, uninstall it. You can reinstall the other apps that you removed. If problem doesn’t solve, apply below given method.

2nd Method: Factory reset Samsung Note 10+

Before perform a factory reset Note 10+, confirm backed up & restore your data.

Step 1: Powered off your Samsung galaxy Note 10+

Step 2: Tap & hold the volume down button & power button at same time until the Samsung logo appears on the screen then release power button

Use volume buttons to highlight option and power button to confirm it.

Step 3: Press volume down button until select android system recovery mode and press power button to confirm

Step 4: Press volume down button until highlight wipe data/factory reset and press power button to apply

Step 5: Press volume down button to select Yes, press power button

Wait until your phone screen wake up.

Step 6: Press volume down button until select reboot system now and tap Power button

This will delete all your phone data including Samsung account, Google account, internal storage, photos, videos, music, downloaded apps and more.
