Here’s how to change the resolution on Galaxy Note 10 and Note 10 Plus. You can find screen resolution under display settings in your Note 10 plus. How to Adjust Screen Resolution on Samsung Galaxy Note 10 and Note 10 Plus
You can change display resolution in Samsung Note 10 plus using the below-given display settings.
Step 1: Swipe down the notification panel from the top of the screen and tap the Settings gear icon.
Step 2: Tap Display.
Samsung Note 10 plus display settings include brightness, adaptive brightness, Blue light filter, Night mode (dark mode), screen mode, font size & style, screen resolution, full-screen apps, screen timeout, and home screen.
Step 3: Tap Screen resolution.
Set FHD+ (2280×1080) as default screen resolution. Also, different apps set as different resolutions that comfortable with resolution. Not all apps supported all resolution.
Step 4: Choose from HD+ (1520720) or FHD+ (2280×1080) or WQHD+ (3040×1440) you want to set.
Step 5: Tap Apply.

By default set Note 10+ screen mode as natural. If you want to change it, set vivid as screen mode.
Settings > Display > Screen mode > Vivid or Natural
