First of all, try to restart your device to the long press power button and tap the power button. If you won’t turn on Samsung Galaxy Note 10+, apply below given possible methods to fix issues.

Forced Reboot

Long press the power and volume down button at the same time until the Samsung logo appears on the screen.

Fully Discharge battery

Put your phone in charging, within 2-3 minutes after you’ve plugged in your Note 10 if you see a battery icon, your phone is powered off and is charging. You can reboot right away.

If you see a red light, your battery is fully discharged. If the red light is flashing, there isn’t enough power to turn on. Charge your device at least 30 minutes. Then, restart it.

If you don’t see a battery icon or red light after plug in your Samsung phone, the problem could be with your Note 10+ screen.

Step 1: Long press power button for 20-25 seconds.

Step 2: Press & hold the volume down button & press the power button at the same time until the Samsung logo appears on the screen then release the power button.

You’ll use the volume up or down button to highlight the option and power button to select.

Step 3: Press the volume down button until seeing the android system recovery mode and press the power button.

Recovery mode options see in your device such as reboot system now, apply update from ADB, update/recover from SD card, Wipe data/factory reset, and more.

Step 4: Press the volume down button to highlight wipe data/factory reset and press the power button to confirm.

Step 5: Press the volume button to select Yes, now press the power button to factory reset Samsung Note 10+.

Wait until the screen turns on.

Step 6: Press the volume button until select reboot system now and tap the Power button.
