If your Samsung Galaxy Note 10 isn’t starting, has a black screen, or turns on but immediately turns off, try these methods to fix the issue. First of all, forced reboot phone to try holding down your Note 10’s power & volume down button at the same time until the Samsung logo appears and check the screen turns on.

You can fix Note 10 screen isn’t responding, or dead pixels or a blank screen issues to try below-given methods in your device.

Restart your phone

Long press power button and tap restart button to reboot your device. If you don’t see restart, press power button for about 30 seconds, until your Note 10 restarts. After restart device, if Samsung Note 10 touchscreen unresponsive, apply below method.

Wait until discharge phone

Wait until your phone power off automatically. After power off your phone, put your Note 10+ into charging up to 50-60 minutes. Make sure to use the original phone charger. Now, try to power on your device and check to fix the issue.

Turn on Safe Mode

To check downloaded app is causing the issue, you can reboot your Samsung Note 10 in safe mode.

Step 1: Press and hold your device’s power button.

Step 2: Touch & hold the power off button.

Step 3: Safe mode icon appears at the bottom of your screen.

Once activate safe mode, disable all third-party apps from your Samsung Note 10. Now touch the screen, if your screen works in safe mode, a downloaded app is causing this screen issue. To find app, first of all exit safe mode to restart your phone. Now, uninstall recently installed apps one by one. Once you remove the app that’s causing Note 10 black screen problem, you can reinstall the other apps that you deleted. If your screen doesn’t work in safe mode, apply below given method.

Factory Reset using Hardware Keys

If none of the method fix issue, you can reset your Note 10 to factory settings using power & volume button. Before performing a factory data reset, make sure backed up your important data.

Step 1: Turned off your Samsung Galaxy Note 10.

Step 2: Press & hold the volume down button & power button at the same time until the Samsung logo appears on the screen then release the power button.

You can use volume up and down button to highlight option and power button to apply.

Step 3: Press the volume down button until seeing the android system recovery mode and press the power button to enter.

Step 4: Press the volume down button until highlight wipe data/factory reset and press the power button to confirm.

Step 5: Press the volume button to select Yes, now press the power button.

Wait until your device turns on.

Step 6: Press the volume button until select the reboot system now and tap the Power button.

This will delete all Note 10 data including Samsung account, Google account, music, third party apps and other data. Now check fix Samsung galaxy Note 10+ black screen issue.
