Hello,
I have an S9+ and this is an intermittent issue, the screen goes dark all of a sudden- mostly while on phone calls. Everything else including touch response seem to work just fine. Tried a factory reset, reinstalling to the latest version etc. Nothing seems to help. Is this a firmware/ HW issue? What is the solution?
Thanks
