Activate developer mode using below given steps in your OnePlus and other android device.
Step 1: Open app drawer in your device
Step 2: Tap Settings app
Step 3: Tap About phone at the end of the page
Find build number at the end of the page.
Step 4: Tap Build number 7 times or tap until see message “You are now a developer!”
Step 5: Tap Back button
Step 6: Now go to System > Advanced > Developer options
Here you can see desktop backup password, OEM unlocking, automatic system updates, USB debugging, logger buffer size, USB configuration, standby apps etc.
