Activate developer mode using below given steps in your OnePlus and other android devices.

Step 1: Open App drawer in your device.

Step 2: Tap the Settings app.

Step 3: Tap About phone at the end of the page.

Find a build number at the end of the page.

Step 4: Tap Build number 7 times or tap until seeing a message “You are now a developer!”

Step 5: Tap the Back button.

Step 6: Tap on System > Developer options.

Here you can see the desktop backup password, OEM unlocking, automatic system updates, USB debugging, logger buffer size, USB configuration, running services, standby apps, Night mode, Bluetooth audio codec, etc.

Step 7: Turn on developer toggle settings.
