How to Enable Galaxy Note 10 Developer Options
You can’t find developer menu settings in your Note 10 settings. You need to turn on developer mode in galaxy Note 10 using below settings.
Step 1: Swipe down notification panel from top of the screen and tap the Settings gear icon.
Different android device has slightly different settings to activate developer options.
Step 2: Scroll down up to end of the page and tap About phone or About device.
Step 3: Tap Software information.

Step 4: Here find Build number and tap on Build number 7 times or until seeing you are now a developer! Message on screen.
Step 5: Tap back button and tap Developer option at end of the page.
