Step 1: Long press on the blank space on the home screen and tap on Wallpapers.
Step 2: Tap on Default lock screen wallpaper or home screen wallpaper.
Step 3: Choose the Wallpaper from my photos (Choose a picture from your phone gallery) or default wallpapers.
Step 4: Tap on Save at the bottom right.
It will change the background on your OnePlus 9 pro lock screen and home screen.
