You can adjust the Windows 7 screen resolution using two different methods. Check out below.
1st way:
Step 1: Tap on “Windows Start” icon & Open control panel
Step 2: Tap on “Appearance and Personalization”
Step 3: Tap on “Display”
Step 4: Tap on “Adjust resolution” in the top left side corner
Step 5: Click on the screen resolution windows
To change the appearance of your screen resolution display use slider, to set lower resolution & make the screen larger in Windows 7 PC sliding down slider and for higher resolution sliding up a slider on Windows desktop. Adjust or change screen resolution Windows 7 to looks clean and comfortable with your windows screen.
Step 6: Tap on “Apply”
You will show the new resolution settings of your Windows 7 desktop & ask you to keep this resolution display setting or not.
If you don’t reply then it reverting to previous display settings in 15 seconds on your Windows 7 PC.
Step 7: Tap “OK” to adjust new screen resolution and “Cancel” to restore previous resolution settings.
You can change or set the orientation of the screen display as Landscape or portrait from the orientation. Also, use advanced settings to adjust monitor and color management settings on your Windows 7 PC.
2nd way:
Step 1: Right-click on your Windows 7 desktop
Step 2: Tap on “Screen resolution”
Step 3: Change or adjust screen resolution at high / law
Step 4: Tap on “Apply”
Step 5: To set new resolution press “OK” & tap on “cancel” to restore previous resolution settings on your Windows 7 desktop
Change Windows 10 screen resolutions
Tap Windows 10 start icon > Settings gear icon > System > Display > Display resolution
You can also change the size of text, apps, set display orientation, enable Night light and other items.
