1st Way: Check volume settings

First of all check volume settings on your Samsung galaxy S7 edge device.

Settings > Sound > Adjust volume settings

Check network signal strength in your galaxy S7 device. If low network, find nearby location that good signal strength.

3rd Way: Wired headset / Microphone issue
