Step 3: Scroll down until see Google Play Store and tap it

Clear the cache of Google play services in android:
Settings > Device > Apps > Google Play Services > Storage > Clear cache
Clear data of Google Services Framework to Fix Google play store error 923:
Settings > Device > Apps > More > Show system > Google service framework > Storage > Clear data
2nd Method: Uninstall play store updates
