How to Turn On USB Debugging Google Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL
First of all, check to enable developer mode in your Google Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL. If hidden developer mode, you can enable it using the below settings.
Step 1: Swipe down the notification shade and tap Settings.
Step 2: Tap System.
Step 3: Tap about phone.
Step 4: Scroll down up to the end of the page and tap Build number 7 times or tap until view message “you are now a developer!”
Step 5: Now enabled developer mode in your Google Pixel 3 & Pixel 3 XL.
Step 6: To open developer settings, Go to settings > System > Advanced > Developer options.
