How to Block a Number on Galaxy S9 Plus and Galaxy S9
Step 1: Open the Phone app in your Galaxy S9 & S9+.
Step 2: Tap on Three vertical lines or Three vertical dots in the upper right corner.
Step 3: Select Settings.
Step 4: Tap on Block numbers under call settings on Galaxy S9 & S9 Plus.
Step 5: Tap on Add a number.
Step 6: Enter the phone number you want to block calls and texts.
Step 7: Tap on Block.
Now, Samsung Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9 Plus block calls and text messages from particular phone numbers.
You can also turn on show caller information to show the contact information for each caller in your Samsung S9 & S9 Plus devices.

To unblock a phone number on your Samsung Galaxy, tap the blocked number or – icon in front of the blocked number and tap on unblock. You’ll receive an SMS and calls after unblocking the number.
