Do you want to make your number private on Samsung Galaxy devices? By default, turn on caller ID on my Samsung Galaxy. You can show or hide caller ID on your Samsung device to hide your number in outgoing calls. Not all countries & carriers allow you to hide your phone number. Step 1: Open the app drawer and tap on the Phone app.

Step 2: Tap on Three vertical dots (More) at the top right corner.

Step 3: Tap on the Settings.

Step 4: Scroll down and tap on Supplementary Services.

Step 5: Tap on Show your Caller ID.

You can see the network default, never, and always options here.

Network default: By default, set this. Your SIM card provider if your phone number is displayed.

Never: Your phone number is hidden from the caller.

Always: Always display your number to the caller screen.

Step 6: Set the caller ID you want on your Samsung.

For Older Android Version on Samsung: Phone app > Three vertical dots > Settings / Call Settings > More or Supplementary settings > Show caller ID
