How to Activate Caller ID in OnePlus 9 and OnePlus 9 Pro
Step 1: Open the app drawer and tap on a Phone app.
Step 2: Tap on the Three vertical dots (More) at the top right corner.
Step 3: Tap on the Settings.
Step 4: Tap Caller ID & spam.
Step 5: Toggle on See caller and spam ID.

Verified calls: When you enable verified calls, it will see the caller ID and reason for incoming calls from a business.

Step 1: Open the app drawer and tap on a Phone app.

Step 5: Tap on the Advanced settings.

How to Enable Announce Caller ID on OnePlus 9 Pro, 9, 9RT
When you get a phone call, it will read the caller’s name and number loudly on your OnePlus devices.
Step 1: Open the app drawer and tap on the Phone app.
Step 2: Tap on Three vertical dots at the upper right corner.
Step 3: Tap on Settings.
Step 4: Scroll down at the end and tap on the Caller ID announcement under the advanced section.
Step 5: Tap on Announce caller ID.
Step 6: Choose Always/Only when using a headset/Never (Default).
