You can enable or activate call forwarding on Google Pixel (Running Android 13 Stock OS) using the below given step-by-step process.
Step 1: Open the App drawer on your Pixel device.
Step 2: Tap on the Google phone app.
Step 3: Tap Three vertical dots (More) at the top right corner.
Step 4: Tap on Settings.
Step 5: Tap on Calls under the general section.
Step 6: Tap on Call forwarding.
You can see 4 call forwarding settings here, including Always forward, When busy, When unanswered, and When unreachable.
Step 7: Select any one (We select When unreachable) from the list.
Step 8: Enter the phone number or select from the contacts list and tap TURN ON.
Now, automatically transfer calls to the phone number you added when you are unreachable or out of network.
How to Turn Off Google Pixel Call Forwarding
Step 1: Follow the above-given method in steps 1 to 6.
Step 2: Tap on the option you selected (When unreachable).
You can update the phone number here if you want to change the number to forward calls.
Step 3: Tap on TURN OFF.

When activating a call waiting on your Pixel 6 Pro, it will notify you about the incoming call while you are already talking with someone on the phone call.
Phone app > More (Three vertical dots) > Settings > Calls > Additional settings > Toggle on Call waiting.
How to Divert to Voicemail on Google Pixel
Step 1: Open the Contacts app in your Pixels.
Step 2: Tap any Contact you want to divert to voicemail.
Step 3: Tap Three vertical dots (More) at the top right corner.
Step 4: Tap on Divert to voicemail.
