By default turn on auto sync on Samsung Galaxy S10, S10 Plus, and S10e. This auto-sync will automatically backup on Samsung cloud, Gmail account, and apps data in your device. You can individually enable/disable app sync data on Samsung S10 under accounts and backup settings. How to Enable/Disable Auto Sync on Galaxy S10 Plus and S10
You can add or remove the account also if you don’t want to need to sync or temporary use in your Samsung Galaxy S10 and S10 plus. Check out below settings to stop Samsung cloud from syncing your galaxy S10 data.
Step 1: Swipe down the notification panel from the top of the screen and tap the Settings gear icon.
Step 2: Tap Accounts and backup.
Step 3: Tap Accounts.
By default turned on auto-sync data in your Samsung S10. You can see a list of apps that sync data automatically that signed with your Gmail account or Samsung account.
Step 4: Turn off Auto-sync data toggle.

Settings > Accounts and backup > Accounts > Select app > Account sync > Turn off toggle you don’t want to sync info
Remove Account From Galaxy S10
Removing this account will delete all of its messages, contacts, and other data from the phone.
Settings > Accounts and backup > Accounts > Select app > Remove account > Remove account
