1st Method: Capture screenshot using hardware key

This is one of the oldest methods to take screenshot on any android devices. Just press power button and volume down button at same time to capture screenshot on S10 Plus.

2nd Method: Take screenshot on Galaxy S10 using Gestures

You can use palm swipe gesture to capture screenshot in your Samsung galaxy S10 plus device. First of all turn on palm swipe gesture to automatic captured screenshots.

Settings > Advanced features > Motions & gestures > Palm swipe to capture > Turn on toggle button
