You can find several app power management settings in Samsung Galaxy S10, S10 Plus, and S10e devices to disable apps.
Turn off Background Apps on Samsung Galaxy S10 and S10 Plus
Step 1: Open Recent apps (Bottom left corner) on your Samsung S10+.
Step 2: Swipe left or right to find the app you want to close.
Step 3: Swipe upward the app to close it.
Step 4: Click on Close all to close all apps at once.
