Do you want to forward calls on Samsung Galaxy S21 series? Here’s how to set up call forwarding on Samsung S21/S21+/S21 Ultra 5G. You can enable call forwarding to divert calls to another number when you are busy/unanswered/unreachable calls. How do I Divert Calls on my Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra, S21 Plus, and S21
Step 1: Open the app drawer and tap on the Phone app.
Step 2: Tap on Three vertical dots (Menu) at the top right.
Step 3: Tap on Settings.
Step 4: Scroll down and tap the Supplementary services.
You can see the Show caller ID, Call forwarding, Call barring, Call waiting, and Fixed dialing numbers options.
Step 5: Tap the Call forwarding.
Step 6: Choose from Voice calls or Video calls.
Below given, four options are available.
Always forward: Add a mobile number here if you want to forward all your incoming phone calls to this number.
Forward when busy: If you’ve two smartphones, you can use this setting to forward calls.
Forward when unanswered: If you cannot answer calls, it will automatically transfer calls to this number.
Forward when unreachable: If your phone faces a poor network (Out of network) issue, it will automatically divert calls to this number.
Step 7: Choose from the above options (We select Always forward).
Step 8: Enter the number you want to forward calls and tap Enable.
Now, automatically forward all your calls to the mobile number you added to your Samsung device.
Does Samsung S21 have Call Forwarding?
Yes, you can use call forwarding on your Samsung One UI to forward or transfer calls from one number to another number if you want. You can choose when your phone number transfers incoming calls from busy on another call, unanswered calls, unreachable ones due to poor network connection, or forward all calls to a new one.
