Step 1: Open the Phone app in your Galaxy S10 plus.

Step 2: Tap Three vertical dots (More) at top right side corner.

Step 3: Select settings.

Here you can see block numbers, caller ID & Spam protection, record calls, caller alerts, Wi-Fi calling and other S10 call settings.

Step 4: Tap block numbers.

By default turned off block unknown callers option in your S10 Plus and S10 device.

Step 5: Turn on “block unknown callers” toggle button to block unknown number on galaxy S10 plus

You can add a specific phone number or choose a number from S10 plus contacts list or recent contact list.

Step 6: Add a number you want to block calls on S10 Plus and tap Block

Now added phone number can’t make phone calls or send text messages to you.

  1. When I get to step 3, my screen doesn’t have Caller ID listed.
    It goes from Block Numbers to Call alerts and ringtone.
    Why? and how do I fix that?
