1st Method: Open Google Assistant using Back Tap Gesture on Android 12
Step 1: Swipe down the notification panel at the top and tap the Settings gear icon.
Step 2: Scroll down and tap System.
Step 3: Tap Gestures.
Step 4: Tap Quick tap.
Step 5: Toggle on Use Quick Tap.
Step 6: Choose Access your digital assistant.
Step 7: Tap back of phone twice to access Google assistant.
2nd Method: Launch Google Assistant on Android 12 using Power Button
By default view the power menu when you long-press the power button in your stock Android 12. To change the power button function, follow the below-given step-by-step process.
Step 1: Open the app drawer and tap on Settings app.
Step 2: Scroll down and tap the System.
Step 3: Tap on Gestures.
Step 4: Scroll down and tap the Press and hold the power button.
Step 5: Toggle on Hold for assistant.

Step 3: Tap Gestures.

4th Method: Using Hey Google or OK Google
Go to any screen and say Hey Google or OK Google to open Google assistant on your stock Android phones and tablets.
5th Method: Open Google Assistant with Home Button on Android 12
Make sure to enable 3-button navigation on your Android 12 to launch Google assistant using the home button.
Step 1: Swipe down the notification panel at the top and tap the Settings icon.
Step 2: Scroll down and tap the System.
