First of all, you need to change display settings in your OnePlus 7 Pro such as screen resolution, refresh rate, and screen time out time.

Adjust screen resolution, refresh rate and screen time out OnePlus 7 Pro

You can choose OnePlus 7 Pro screen resolution from the Auto switch or QHD+ or FHD+ in your device. QHD+ resolution use more battery compare to FHD+. Set Auto switch as default resolution to save battery life.

Settings > Display > Screen resolution > Auto switch

Change screen refresh rate OnePlus 7 Pro

By default set a 90Hz screen refresh rate in your device. Also, change the refresh rate as 60 Hz if you want to improve the battery. The higher the screen refresh rate, the smoother the screen experience, but it will consume more battery. So set 60Hz as OnePlus 7 Pro screen refresh rate.

Settings > Display > Screen refresh rate > 60Hz
