Internet: If your Samsung connects with WiFi but has no internet, check your internet connection. 

Auto-Reconnect WiFi

Step 1: Go to Settings.

Step 2: Tap on Connections.

Step 3: Tap on WiFi.

Step 4: Tap on the Settings gear icon of the current network.

Step 5: Toggle On Auto-reconnect.

Restart the Router & Modem

Unplug the router and modem’s power cable from the power outlet for 10 seconds. Plug your power cable back in & wait until the lights are on the router and modem. Now, try to connect your Wi-Fi network.

Now, restart your phone and re-connect WiFi network by going to Settings > Connection > Wi-Fi > Add network > Eneter the network name & password > Save.

Enable Safe Mode to Check Third-Party App Causing the Issue

You can activate safe mode to check any downloaded app causing the problem in your Samsung One UI.

Reset All Network Settings

Step 1: Go to Settings.

Step 2: Scroll down & tap on General management.

Step 3: Tap on Reset.

Step 4: Tap on Reset network settings.

Step 5: Tap on Reset settings.

Now, add your WiFi network to check whether the WiFi connection works. 

Check for the Latest System Update

Step 1: Go to Settings.

Step 2: Tap on Software update.

Step 3: Tap on Download and install.

Update your Samsung device if a software update is available. 

Contact your Internet Service Provider

Contact your internet service provider & check if there is any router issue or network administrator.
