Make sure turn on Wi-Fi

Turn on Airplane mode and off again

Reset all network settings on OnePlus 7 Pro
Step 1: Tap the Settings app in the app drawer.
Step 2: Tap Backup & reset.
Step 3: Tap Network settings reset.
Step 4: Tap Reset settings on bottom of the screen.
It will reset all network settings in OnePlus 7 Pro including Wi-Fi network, cellular data, and Bluetooth pair. This message view on the screen: Reset all network settings? You can’t undo this action!
Step 5: Tap Reset settings
Remove all saved Wi-Fi network in your device. Now open Wi-Fi and search your network and enter a password to re-connect Wi-Fi on OnePlus 7 Pro.
