You can change the keyboard language on Google Pixel 3a and Pixel 3a XL using below given methods.
Change Google Pixel 3a keyboard language
Step 1: Swipe down the notification panel from the top of the screen and tap settings gear icon.
Step 2: Tap the System at the end of the page.
Step 3: Tap Languages & inputs.
Step 4: Tap Virtual keyboard under the keyboard & inputs section.
Three Google Pixel 3a & Pixel 3a XL keyboards available include Gboard, Google Indic keyboard, Google voice typing and manage keyboard settings.
Step 5: Tap Gboard.
Step 6: Tap languages.
Step 7: Tap Add keyboard at the end of the page.
Step 8: Select language from the list you want to add a keyboard and tap Done.
Now you can see add language to your Google keyboard.
Quickly switch keyboard language on Pixel 3a XL & Pixel 3a
Step 1: Open any messaging app in your device.
Step 2: Long press space button on the keyboard.
Step 3: Choose Language from a list you want to set.

Remove Keyboard Language on Google Pixel 3a and 3a XL
Settings > System > Languages & input > Virtual keyboard > Gboard > Languages > Pencil icon at top right corner > Check the box of keyboard languages & layouts you want to remove > Trash icon
