One of the easiest solution you’ll try is to restart your S10 plus and connect with the Wifi network and check Wifi working.

Check Turned on Wi-Fi

Make sure to activate Wi-Fi in your device. Turned off Wi-Fi and after 10 seconds turned on again and connect with Wi-Fi.

Confirm Wi-Fi password

Check to enter the Wi-Fi password in your galaxy S10 Plus is the same as your Wi-Fi password.

Turn off Power Saving Mode

Swipe down the notification panel from the top of the screen > Tap on Power saving mode

Turn Airplane Mode Off and On

If you’re device facing network connection or no signal related problems, activate airplane mode and turned off airplane mode after 10-15 seconds. Again connect S10 plus with Wi-Fi and check Wi-Fi connect.

Restart the Modem & Router

Delete connected Wi-Fi password from your Samsung S10 plus. Now restart the device and add the Wi-Fi password again in galaxy S10 plus One UI.

Settings > Connections > Wi-Fi > Turn on Wi-Fi, if needed > Tap & hold Wi-Fi network you want to remove > Forget network

Add Wi-Fi network on Galaxy S10 Plus

Settings > Connections > Wi-Fi > Add network > Enter SSID (Network name) & other info > Save

Enable &Use Safe Mode to Find App Causing the Issue

Step 1: Press and hold the power button on your S10 Plus until the power off button appears.

Step 2: Long press “Power off” button until view “Reboot to safe mode”.

Step 3: Tap OK to boot into safe mode on Galaxy S10 Plus and S10.

Now, wait until restarting your Samsung S10 Plus device.

Step 4: You can view the “Safe mode” icon on the bottom left corner of the screen.

Now hide all third-party apps in your S10+ device. Check your galaxy S10+ connect with wifi network. If you can’t face any issues, it means downloaded third party apps causing a problem. If you still have a problem while in safe mode, it means problems with physical hardware or OS. To exit safe mode restart your phone. Now, remove recently installed apps one by one if you can’t found the issue in safe mode. And check fix S10 plus WiFi problem.

Reset Network Settings

It’ll reset all network settings in Samsung S10 Plus including Wi-Fi, cellular data and Bluetooth connections.

Settings > General management > Reset > Reset network settings > Reset settings > Reset settings

Now remove all your saved Wi-Fi connection, Bluetooth connection, cellular data and other network-related saved information from your device. To use Wi-Fi on galaxy S10 plus, enter the Wi-Fi password again in your device.
