Try below given possible methods to fix the touch screen not responding problems in Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro.
Turn Off Screen & Turn it On
This method worked for several users. Just press the power button to turn off the screen and press it again after 5-10 seconds to turn it on.
Remove Screen Protector

Manually Check Software Update
Step 1: Open the Settings app in the app drawer.
Step 2: Scroll down and tap System.
Step 3: Tap System update.
Step 4: Tap Check for update.
