Restart your phone and check to fix the Samsung screen not responding to touch.
Solution 1. Make sure to Enable Touch Sensitivity
To calibrate the touch sensitivity on your Samsung S23/S23+/S23 Ultra, enable it using the below settings. It will increase the touch sensitivity of the Samsung Galaxy S23 series.
Step 1: Go to Settings.
Step 2: Tap on Display.
Step 3: Scroll down and toggle on Touch Sensitivity.
Solution 2. Set Animation Speed to 0.5X to Fix S23 Touchscreen Sensitivity Issues
To change the animation speed on your Samsung phone, turn on the developer option on your device.
Step 1: Go to Settings.
Step 2: Scroll down at the end and tap Developer options.
You can see three options: Windows Animation Scale, Transition Animation Scale, and Animator Duration Scale.
Step 3: Scroll until the drawing category and set all animation speeds to 0.5X.
Solution 3. Turn On Remove Animations

Step 1: Go to Settings.

Step 3: Tap Visibility enhancement.
Step 4: Scroll down and toggle on Remove animations.
Solution 4. Remove the Screen Protector
Try removing your Samsung screen protector and checking the touch screen.
Solution 5. Check Software Update
Make sure your Samsung device is updated with the latest software. It will fix minor bugs and problems.
Settings > Software update > Download and install.
Solution 6. Use Safe Mode to Check Third-Party Apps Causing the Issue
Enter your Samsung phone into safe mode and check to fix the issue. If your phone runs smoothly in safe mode without any problem, any downloaded app is causing the trouble. Find that app and remove it. Restart the Samsung Galaxy to exit safe mode.
Solution 7. Factory Reset your Samsung S23 Series
Try to reset your Samsung phone to factory default settings. Back up your essential data before applying this. It will remove all your phone data.
Step 1: Go to Settings.
Step 2: Scroll down and tap General Management.
Step 3: Scroll down and tap Reset.
Step 4: Tap Factory data reset.
