Annoying by the unresponsive screen on Samsung S21 series? Here’s how to fix touch screen not working on Galaxy S21 Ultra/S21 Plus/S21. How to Fix Samsung Touch Screen Not Working After Drop
Apply below given possible methods to fix unresponsive touch screen problem.
Force Restart
Press & hold down the power button and volume down button simultaneously until the display Samsung logo on the screen.
Remove the Screen Protector
Remove the screen protector from the phone and check to fix the issue.
Make sure Toggle on Touch Sensitivity
It will use to increase the touch sensitivity of the screen for use with screen protectors.
Step 1: Pull down the notification panel at the top and tap the Settings icon.
Step 2: Tap on Display.
Step 3: Toggle on Touch sensitivity.
Make sure the latest software version updated
Step 1: Go to Phone settings.
Step 2: Scroll down and tap on Software update.
Step 3: Tap on Download and install.
Now, update your phone is an available new version.
Turn on Safe Mode
Step 1: Pull down the notification panel with two fingers and tap the Power button on your Samsung.
Step 2: Long press the Power off button until view the Reboot to safe mode.
Step 3: Tap OK or Safe mode to boot into safe mode.
Step 4: You can see the Safe mode icon on the bottom left corner.
Now, temporarily hide all third-party apps in your Samsung device. Check your Samsung device still facing a touch screen issue. If your phone working without issue, exit safe mode to restart your Samsung device. If you still facing issues in safe mode, you need to find and delete third party app that causing the issue.
Wipe Cache Partition

If none of the above-given solutions worked for you, you need to factory reset your S21 Ultra 5G. Make sure to back up & restore data before perform it. It will delete all your phone data.
